Alright, here's another of the jewel princes. I didn't have too much trouble with translating Totori, aside from a couple lines that I had to spend a little time dissecting, and in fact I found it quite easy to find his voice for this which always makes me happy. Totori was a nice one to translate, his character is just so sweet and he has a real feel-good atmosphere about him. Though there's the constant reminder from the main character that he seems so 'mature'. According to the stats, Totori is 31 years old. Although we're never given an actual age for the princess, based on how she talks with some princes and a few hints from the Main Story leads us to assume she's likely in her early to mid 20's. Of course, her age is supposed to remain ambiguous so the player can more easily insert themselves. But princes like Totori where the protagonist is supposed to be so much younger kind of irk me because...well, he's not that much older than me haha. So all this talk about how mature he is and wanting to be more mature for him throws me a little bit. He's still a good character to read, and it's nice to see he's appeared in a couple events, but if you're an older player like me, I think you'll prefer the Sun route! One thing I want to mention on the translation has to do with Totori's name and his kingdom. In Japanese, his name is トトリ and his kingdom is トリアール. The site I usually use to help me piece together the meaning behind these names wasn't too helpful this time around. I think they're right in that his name comes from the way the Japanese pronounce citrine, which is シトリン as they both have the トリ in there, and all the colors and gems surrounding Totori can lead us to assume citrine is his kingdom's gemstone. トリアール however...I'm less sure of. I tried looking for words this could be and didn't find much that made sense. For example, it comes up as 'triar' in Spanish, but that means to choose something, and I don't think that works. The site I use also says the name comes from citrine, just like Totori, but I thought maybe it's somehow taken from the French word citron, which is where citrine came from. That's シトロン in Japanese though so...honestly in the end I kind of gave up on this one. Let me know of you have any ideas! *EDIT: Also thank you to khasker168 for pointing out that Totori has two twin sisters, rather than him being a twin with a sister. It wasn't exactly clear to me when I read the vanilla story, but apparently their names are revealed in the New Year's story as シトリィ(Citri) and リトリィ (Ritri). I've edited the lines to to reflect that!
Story - Totori

Thank you so much for translating my boy aah!! This translation was a joy to read, not solely because of Totori-san!
The one thing I caught was: he has younger sisters who are twins, not one younger twin sister. Their names are シトリィand リトリィ and they show up in Totori's New Year's event prince story~
