Ch. 4: The Fortuneteller's True Identity (MOON)

Fortuneteller: “Go to the Eastern Oasis.”

The next day…

Just as the fortuneteller had said, Sharon had forced me to come along with him as he set out for the Eastern Oasis.

Sharon: “He~y, thinking back on it, that guy smelled kinda fishy.”

OO: “T-then why are we doing what he said?”

Sharon: “Well, ya know…what if he’s right! It should’ve been easy for you to grant my wish in the first place!”

OO: “But I’m not…”

I let out a sigh and…

OO: “!!”

Suddenly, a sandstorm kicked up and surrounded me.

Sharon: “Fairy!?”

I clung to Sharon, and the sandstorm died away before we were swept away.

??: “Tch…”

Sharon: “You…!!”

Clicking his tongue, the fortuneteller from the day before appeared on the desert hill.

Fortuneteller: “You idiots. I didn’t think you’d actually believe me and come out here.”

Sharon: “The hell does that mean!?”

Fortuneteller: “The power to awaken Prince Sharon…I imagine you are one of the Traumere Royal Family. I bet I can get a good

price for selling you.”

Sharon: “You bastard! The Fairy is mine!”

Fortuneteller: “Hm…I’ll teach you a lesson with my sand technique.”

The fortuneteller blew on his flute, and from the sands, a countless number of snakes appeared.

Sharon: “Gyaaaaa!!”

Sharon’s scream echoed across the desert.
